Sanders Place is one of our historic beauties built in 1912. It has been well kept and features many historical photographs of from an earlier Hot Springs... It has a wonderful view (and access) of the French Broad River, with a picnic table at it's shore. And it is within walking distance to town. The interior is bright and comfortable, it has a wrap around porch, plus an extra large field on the river, and a parking area too! Families love it here and it works great for wedding guests, holidays and reunions...
